1. How long does it take for delivery?
      It is generally shipped from the warehouse within a few business days of placing an order
 
2. How do I check the status of my order?
      An email will be sent to you after the goods shipped, please note to check. And you also can check your order shipping info on Track Order page through order number.
      * All orders for purchasing bundles will be shipped by different packages. There will be multiple tracking numbers. All of them may not reach you at the same time.
 
Billing
      1. I received an error message when I checked out. What should I do?
      If an error message occurs, this may be because:
      (1)The card cannot be used for this type of payment
      (2)Your bank has rejected the transaction due to suspicions of fraud
      (3)The card is not activated for transactions
      (4)Please use another card to resolve the problem. If the issue still persists, kindly contact your bank for assistance.
      2. When I proceed to checkout, it says “A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.” What should I do?
      Please make sure all information entered is 100% correct and there are no spelling mistakes. Please also avoid short forms of City, and do not include the State information within the City input box. If the details are right but still the payment cannot be made, please contact us and we will get back to you shortly.
